Customer

your purchases from us. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your
purchase, you are welcome to return it, with its original packaging, for a
full refund. We have 15 days satisfaction guarantee for our
handicrafts and home furnishings, which starts from the time you receive
your order.
The customer
will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the product to our
company and the costs of shipping product to you. You are expected to
package the return merchandise properly. Failure to do so can cause you to
receive less than full credit. The credit amount will be established after
the merchandise has been received in our facility. All returns are subject
to a 30% re-stocking fee.

Send the
entire items to us, no matter which piece is broken. Package your broken
items in its box and place it securely in a heavy cardboard shipping
container.

IMPORTANT...
Enclose your name, shipping address, and return authorization number
inside the package.

Returns will
not be accepted unless a return authorization number has been provided.
All returns without an authorization will be refused.

We will
return your items to you, as good as new, usually in 4 to 6 weeks.
Claims
Our company's
objective is to ship all merchandise free of any defects. Should their be
any claims, we will do whatever possible to resolve any claim in a timely
manner.
Please note, that it is the customer's responsibility to take the time and
inspect the goods to make sure you have received the correct style, color,
size, and that the goods have no visual defects. Shipments should be
inspected immediately upon arrival for shipping damage. Concealed
freight/currier damage can be detected only unwrapping the package and
thoroughly inspecting the merchandise itself.
We will correct any of our errors and replace any defective product as
long as the problem is brought to our attention within 15 days guarantee.
We will not honor claims that arise due to improper maintenance.
Please remember that color of the material purchased may not be an exact
match to the color of the sample you have or that is on screen due to
different seasonal growing conditions. This is expected especially when dealing with
natural fibers and patinated bronze. Irregularities in the weaving, knots and color will occur
due to it's own natural components. The slight variations add to the
handicrafts one of a kind unsurpassed beauty.
Exchanges
If you are
exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it
to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of
charge. However, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or
purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional
items and shipping charges.
Refunds
If you are
returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of
returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the
original shipping charges. Items may be returned for refund only if refund
request is made within three days of your receipt of item and before
sending the item back. Contact made after three days, but no more than ten
days, will result in a store credit in lieu of a refund. No returns will
be honored if refund request is made after ten days of item receipt.
Incorrect
Orders
If we have
inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will be
reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not
be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
