Born from the lotus
flower that emanated from Lord Vishnu’s navel,
Lord Brahma is
the
creator God of the Trinity, which include Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva. He is the father of Lord Shiva. He may wear a tiger skin or
the skin of a black antelope. He holds
a

a pot of Kamandalu (holy water), and a Japamala (rosary). He may also
hold a bow, lotus, or scepter. Lord Brahma
often appears seated on a lotus, symbol of glorious
existence. His vehicle is a Hans (swan), which is known
